StillTabs vs Clearspace
Clearspace makes you do something (like push-ups) before opening Instagram; StillTabs removes the Reels so there's nothing to resist. StillTabs is free with no tracking. Clearspace costs $6.99 a month or up to $59.99 a year, and its App Store label lists tracking plus Health & Fitness and Contacts as data linked to you.

What to check before you subscribe
- Health data. The App Store label lists Health & Fitness as linked to you, but its privacy policy (updated 27 May 2026) never mentions health or fitness.
- Location. The policy allows it to "track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our App".
- Paywall. 26 of its 87 recent 1–2 star reviews mention payment, some about having to pay to block more than one app.
StillTabs is free on the App Store, for iPhone. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no account. iOS 16 or later.
